=>  Simply dail #124*# to check your balance. Your airtime balance appears on the screen and is sent to you via SMS. This is the fastest way to check your credit balance on Glo.

Note: The Glo balance can be easily checked at any time of the day or night. The company ensures that the service is available to all its customers from Nigeria and other African countries for 24/7 and is free.

Here are some important things to keep in mind when you want to check your glo account balance:

Tip 1: The USSD code #124*1# is absolutely free to use in Nigeria. Glo does not take anything from you when you dial this code. Besides, it is the only code you can use while living in a foreign country as it works for all roaming Nigerians (additional charges may apply).

Tip 2: You have to Dial #124*1#, and don't mistake it for other numbers.

Tip 3: Users who use both their balance and bonus (depending on the glo package you purchased) can check the Main account balance by dialing #124*1# and bonus balance #122#.

The glo recharge card has a 15 Digit PIN. Any glo voucher that is more or less than 15 digits, is not a glo recharge card. After checking your account balance, if you need to recharge, follow the instructions below:

=>  Use the Airtime Pin in the following USSD format to recharge the Glo Line: *123*PIN#, and then send /OK. Glo Nigeria's recharge code has a 15-digit PIN.

For Instance: if the PIN is 1111 2222 3333 444, input *123*111122223333444#, and press Send/Ok. Dial #124*1# to check balance.

You can also recharge your Glo account directly from your bank, following the simple steps below:

=>  Dail in *805# and hit send from a registered Glo Sim.

=>  Next, select your bank of choice, and the amount of airtime to top up.

If successful, you will get a confirmation message.
